TUBERS
The following is a list of tuber plants according to type of storage organ.Tubers are short, fat underground stem tissue with growing points, buds or "eyes" as in a potato. Tubers can be flat, rounded or irregular in shape.
Tubers are divided into pieces that contain at least two or more "eyes".
